It is not often that I get swept up into a movement, project or programme that is all absorbing, but yesterday I jumped into my car and drove down to Philadelphia to attend the Andrew Yang Rally on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art ( which is a humongous building by the way)! Is Paradise a place, a state, a feeling or an idea? I recently spent days on Paradise Island in the Bahamas at the Shivananda Yoga Ashram on a Bhakti-yoga retreat pondering such thoughts.  The Shivananda ashram is an idyllic environment situated in a tropical rain forest sandwiched between the bay and the ocean, surrounded by crystal clear waters and white sands.

Easy marinated tofu, a super simple recipe that makes tofu taste amazing. It’s low in fat, high in protein and only requires eight ingredients and 20 minutes.

I was walking around the Farmden this afternoon enjoying the late afternoon sun and appreciating the plant -plantain, and how humble and unassuming it is, and yet how incredibly helpful it is. Later, on my computer I noticed a good friend had sent me a link to this blog sight which had an article glorifying the wonderful properties of plantain!  Coincidence? I don't think so.
