Our Team

About Yasoda

Yasoda Mensah is owner of Trifolia Natural Products and Botanicals, and Director of Three Leaf Farmden; dedicated to raising consciousness through  education, sustainability, utility and self-realization. She has been a practitioner, educator, and counselor in the Bhakti yoga tradition for over thirty years and has lived and worked on three continents, during which time her passion for and knowledge of the Earth, environment, health and herbal medicines has grown and deepened.

 Yasoda is deeply committed to the environment and sustainable agricultural practices that respect the earth and its myriad of life, plant-based and otherwise.  She enjoys collaborating with local organic farms and growers to bring the best quality produce to the table and works with the Gita Nagari Eco-Farm and Sanctuary in conducting herb walks, workshops, and classes as part of their retreats throughout the year.

 

Yasoda holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, a Masters in therapeutic herbalism and is a certified facilitator through the Institute for Applied Spiritual Technology.

About Tanya
Tanya Strivers has been a board member of Three Leaf Farmden - Synergy Initiatives since 2016.  She currently works as a law firm administrator.  However, she has a love of plants, agriculture, and natural healing.  She fuels this passion as a backyard gardener and advocate of healthy foods and as a supporter of farmer's markets. 
 
About Jacque
Jacque Rearden is an attorney, a professional videographer, the current master control coordinator at DCTV network, and a former president of Five Lives of Govinda, (a food processing/outsourcing company). A graduate of the IFAST Facilitator’s Course, her preferred form of exercise and physical maintenance is walking, biking and laughter!
About Vrajalila
Vrajalila Dixon is a Chaplin and a certified trainer in Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) and Non-Violent Communication (NVC). She and her husband Ekavira are trained as Certified Family Life Educators (CFLE). Vrajalila travels worldwide and offers online webinars on “Essential Technologies for Managing Conflicts” both in secular as well as in devotional communities.
