Reflection, simplicity and discipline are time honoured ways to gain wisdom and insight. In today's chaotic and often toxic environment Three Leaf we would like to offer you the opportunity to experience the meditative lifestyle of simple living, and high thinking, with the opportunity to offer selfless service and associate with a community of contemplative seekers.

From the early morning meditation session through discussion and reflection on Vedanta, to engagement in seva (selfless service), you will spend the month immersed in karma-yoga engaged in picking herbs, planting trees, cooking meals, cleaning pots and mopping floors.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to meet, talk and interact with community members from other countries and other states. There will be herb walks with the chance to  learn about the role of plants as medicine and make herbal preparations. You will also learn how to make, prepare and offer a vegetarian meal in the Vaisnava tradition and in the evening join the community in traditional call and response music of  bhajans and kirtan, around a bonfire.

There are ample opportunities to ask questions and browse the extensive library of Vedic literature, which includes the Bhagavad-gita as it is. Take the time in an environment free from the distractions of technology, traffic and the chaos of humanity immersed in the peaceful natural beauty of the valley, to go deeper into oneself and reflect on the nature of life, the universe and everything.
