Dust off your djembes and loosen those wrists, because Three Leaf Farmden is hitting a high-decibel milestone: our 10th Community Drum Circle! Whether you’ve got the rhythm of a master percussionist or the coordination of a caffeinated squirrel, you’re invited to help us bang, slap, and shake away the winter blues. Drumming is basically a "legal high" that releases a flood of endorphins, boosts your immune system, and burns roughly 270 calories per half-hour—making it the only workout where you can sit down and make a racket. This isn't just a jam session; it's a community building celebration designed to wake up the Earth and welcome Spring with a "heartbeat" that can be heard from the next county over. Come for the stress relief, stay for the creative play, beautiful kirtan, delicious lunch and the opportunity to make new friends. Together we can make our 10th Circle the loudest welcome yet…
